Our 5 week program designed to help you shred fat, build muscle and gain confidence using kettlebells safely and effectivly!
We will meet in a small group weekly where you will not only take part in an incredible workout but you will also learn how advanced kettlebell techniques you can perform forever!
You will have access to a small private face group to ensure you stay motivated and focused throughout! For the whole 5 weeks you will have unlimited support and access to me for any questions you have along the way!
Before we start you will be given a personalised calorie target that will guarantee the results you want! Throughout the 5 weeks your kettlebell progressions will be specific to you so there is no need to be worry about your current fitness level!
