The Power 28 is back... but different!
The criteria has had a rejig and this time we’re including our online group coaching sessions for FREE!
The NEW daily criteria is as follows;
•Do not exceed your daily calorie total
•10,000 steps a day minimum
•30 mins of exercise per day (our class or an activity of your choosing)
•10 pages of a book a day (can be fiction this time)
•write down something you’re grateful for daily
•write down something nice about yourself daily
•post in the group daily including a picture or screenshot
Alcohol is not prohibited this time & an act of kindness isn’t being enforced.
Now here’s the bit that’s very different... each week we’ve always got you to complete a form which asks for your updated weight. Now the harsh reality is- if you really are sticking to the above criteria then your weight will be reducing. This time (if weight loss is your goal) we’ll be asking you to submit a picture of the scales every week.
Sound harsh? It might be but unfortunately it’s really easy to post in a group saying “all boxes ticked”, lie to yourself and the rest of the group... or you could face it head on and get banging results at the end of it.
